All trail enthusiasts are invited to join FOLC and BLM for a second, extended 6-hour Lost Coast Trail Stewards workday on Lightning Trail in the King Range on Sunday, January 7 from 9am to 3pm, weather permitting. Work will consist mostly of brushing, continuing the crew’s work from December. Meet 8:45am at the intersection of King Peak Rd and Shelter Cove Rd, with return at 3pm. Carpool options available and tools provided. Please bring your own snacks, water and gloves, plus dress in waterproof layers and wear sturdy footwear.
