Join FOLC, Sanctuary Forest, and Blu Graham of Lost Coast Adventure Tours for this approximately 6 mile (one-way) interpretive hike from Horse Mountain Creek Trailhead to Black Sands Beach in King Range National Conservation Area. Showcasing the diversity of the King Range, you’ll be treated to deep forests and grassy openings as we descend from Summit to Sea – and then walk Black Sands Beach back to Shelter Cove. We’ll meet at 9am at the Black Sands Beach parking area and will then carpool/caravan to the Horse Mountain Creek Trailhead on King Peak Rd. Space is limited for this rigorous hike.
