Come out to the Cove and join Friends of the Lost Coast at the Shelter Cove library for our first session of Young FOLC at the Library! The kiddos will be exploring the world of ecology and discovering more about the local ecosystem we call home through crafting food chains, playing games and listening to a read-aloud about some of our favorite forest critters on Saturday, January 22nd. Be sure to join us again the next day on Sunday, January 23rd for a naturalist themed walk and talk for our junior adventurers around the Cove! Inspiring passion for nature throughout the Lost Coast and beyond is what we’re all about – come out and get inspired. Intended for children 5-10 years of age. Snacks will be provided.
