Local trail enthusiasts are invited to join FOLC for a trail stewards workday on Chemise Mountain Trail on Sunday, December 12^th from 10am to 2pm, weather permitting. Work will focus on brush clearing at the overlook on the top of Chemise Mountain, improving trail tread, and other maintenance. We will meet at Nadelos Campground on Chemise Mountain Rd. for the approximately 1.5 mile uphill hike to the overlook. Tools are provided. Participants are encouraged to bring their own snacks, water, and gloves, plus dress in layers and wear sturdy shoes.
